These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the cuci2vip platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one cuci2vip account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
Use of bots, exploits, collusion, or any form of fraudulent play is strictly prohibited. cuci2vip reserves the right to void bets and close accounts involved in such activity.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms communicated at the time of offer. Misuse of promotions will result in bonus forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci2vip login credentials. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

By accessing, registering on, or using the cuci2vip platform at cuci2vip.net (the "Platform"), you ("Member", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with the cuci2vip Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform from time to time.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active cuci2vip account. If cuci2vip identifies that a single individual has created or is operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — cuci2vip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and forfeit all balances in those accounts. The single remaining account may also be reviewed for Terms compliance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci2vip login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. cuci2vip is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify cuci2vip customer support immediately.
cuci2vip accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.
cuci2vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian members: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and Online Transfer. Supported methods and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in your cuci2vip account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.
All transactions on the cuci2vip Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cuci2vip does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees for which cuci2vip bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name. cuci2vip will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before a withdrawal is processed, cuci2vip may require identity verification and confirmation that any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Withdrawal requests that trigger cuci2vip's internal compliance review process may take longer than the standard processing timeline.
cuci2vip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay, suspend, or cancel a withdrawal where cuci2vip has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
cuci2vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

All bets placed on the cuci2vip Platform are subject to the specific game or sporting event rules displayed within the Platform at the time of wagering. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules for that game or market.
cuci2vip reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances, without limitation: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, insufficient liquidity in a market, technical malfunction during a live event, or where a result is determined to have been influenced by manipulation. In such cases, the voided stake will be returned to your account wallet.
Minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game and market are displayed within the cuci2vip Platform and may be adjusted by cuci2vip at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cuci2vip Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the cuci2vip Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, sound, and design elements — is the property of cuci2vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of cuci2vip.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuci2vip, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
cuci2vip's total aggregate liability to any individual member for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The cuci2vip Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cuci2vip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
cuci2vip collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the cuci2vip Privacy Policy. cuci2vip implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

cuci2vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity verification, regulatory requirement, or if cuci2vip determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination of a member account for any reason other than a breach of these Terms or fraud, any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via a payment method of cuci2vip's choosing, typically the member's most recent deposit channel.
You may close your cuci2vip account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules.
cuci2vip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via the registered email address associated with their cuci2vip account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the amendment. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuci2vip is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cuci2vip's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant gaming authority under which cuci2vip is licensed.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence to the extent such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
